Refund policy

PRE-ORDERS All items included in a pre-order drop are produced specifically to order. During the pre-order period, an order can be cancelled within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, unless production has already started. After the pre-order period closes and once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via offcialvelori@gmail.com , including clear photos of the problem.
